FAQ

  • After signing up and logging in, the message “your application has been received” will be displayed on your screen once you have completed all the necessary steps and your online application has been submitted successfully. You will also receive a confirmation email to the address you entered in your application as well. You can check your application status on My Page upon logging in as well.
  • Please make an inquiry via My Inquiries from the My Page menu on NAVER Careers, and we will get back to you.
  • Your application can be edited or withdrawn before the deadline for receiving applications and before document screening is complete. If you wish to withdraw your application afterwards, please make a request via My Inquiries.
  • NAVER only accepts applications online through the NAVER Careers page (recruit.navercorp.com).
  • Depending on what job the applicant is applying for, those with certifications related to the job may be preferred during the recruiting process. Please refer to each job posting for more details on the preferred qualifications.
  • You can apply again if there are no restrictions on the number of times you can apply for the job. If you have previously applied for the same job within the past 6 months but did not make it through all of the recruiting steps, it is advised that you send in your application again after at least 6months.
  • There are no bonus points for foreign language skills during document screening. However, for certain jobs that require candidates to have a global mindset, the candidate’s foreign language skills and global experience may be taken into account for reference.
  • There is no age limit for applicants. Anyone with passion, willingness to take on new challenges, the right skill sets, and persistence are all welcome to apply.
  • The qualifications for experienced hire may differ depending on the job group. Please refer to each job posting for more details.
  • The first interview will be conducted to verify the technical competency related to the position, and the second interview will be conducted to not only verify the technical competency of the applicant but to check whether the applicant in question is suitable with NAVER’s corporate culture that impacts collaboration at work.

    The interviews and capabilities to be verified for each interview may differ depending on the job position. The details will be provided separately prior to the relevant recruiting process.
