Content Management performs the task of managing and improving the overall flow of NAVER’s content.
There are many steps between the creation and delivery of content to users.
This also means that there are many roles Content Manager must perform.
Content Manager should be
able to support Content Producers to create original content relevant to users.
Content Manager must
continuously question if users are deriving value and
satisfaction from the content they are consuming.
- -Content planning : participate in content planning/production with Content Creators
- -Content tie-up/sourcing : tie-up/ source/ provide the existing content to users
- -Content operation : manage and improve the process between content creation and delivery
- -User survey : conduct user satisfaction surveys on provided content; identify areas of improvement
- -Market trend research : research new content in demand
There are many qualities we look for in candidates who are keen to join CM.
You must be detail-oriented and extremely meticulous,
as CM requires a great deal of attention
throughout every step of the process.
When communicating directly with Content Creators, clear but
soft communication skills are necessary.
Additionally, in order to develop and improve ways that
our content is consumed by users, you must have a high level of understanding of our service platforms.
You must also possess a natural sense of catching onto valuable content that is demanded by users,

Most importantly, however, you must be deeply attached to the content you are assigned to manage,
